These terms govern your use of the saver-media.com website. By using the site you accept them. Services we deliver under a signed proposal or contract are governed by that agreement; where it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

We publish this site to describe our services. Its content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on it is an offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either side to proceed. We work by introduction and select the projects we take on. Do not send unreleased music, confidential material or personal data of third parties through the contact form; email us and we will agree a secure route first.

No guarantee of performance

Campaign outcomes depend on the music, the market and platform behaviour we do not control. We agree realistic targets in writing before work begins and report against them honestly, but we do not guarantee streams, chart positions, follower growth or any other specific result.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, logos and the Saver Media name belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written permission. Any third-party marks belong to their owners.

Your conduct

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at scale, or use it unlawfully.

Where we link to other sites, including social platforms, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability
