What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and whatever you write in the message field. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss possible work.

Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to serve the site securely.

Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that count visits in aggregate. They do not set cookies, do not track you across sites, and do not collect personal data.

Why we are allowed to use it

For enquiries, our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts. For security logging and spam prevention, our legitimate interest in operating the site. Where consent applies you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the business, under contract: our hosting provider, our email provider, and our form-delivery and spam-filtering provider (Formspree). We also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored and for how long

Data is stored on servers in the EU or under equivalent safeguards. Enquiries are kept for a retention period of max. 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Write to info@saver-media.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
